Description: Use this kit only AFTER you have completed the initial 3 Month Program. This is your ongoing maintenance protocol.

Warnings:

• Caffeine CANNOT be consumed while on this protocol, this includes chocolate and “decaf” tea and coffee. *Naturally caffeine free herbal tea is ok.
• If you are dehydrated this will greatly decrease the success of this protocol. It is recommended to drink ½ gallon per day of purified water per 50 pounds that you weigh. Minerals need to be added back to your water, this can be from Celtic Sea Salt or a liquid mineral supplement.
