Warnings:

• Caffeine should be 100% eliminated for anyone suffering from sleep, stress and anxiety.
• If you are dehydrated this will greatly decrease the success of this protocol. It is recommended to drink ½ gallon per day of purified water per 50 pounds that you weigh. You should be drinking filtered water so minerals need to be added back to your water, this can be from Celtic Sea Salt or a liquid mineral supplement.
