Only what you give me, and only where you've chosen to give it.
I use it to answer you, to prepare for our work together, and — if you asked for it — to send you things by email. That's the whole list.
I don't sell it. I don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers or advertisers. Nobody buys their way into your inbox through me.
Only the services that make the practice run — email, scheduling, payments, the dispensaries you order through. Each holds only what it needs for its part, and each is bound by its own terms. Beyond that, I'd only disclose information if the law required it.
You get email from me because you asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and using it costs you nothing else — you stay a client, you just stop getting the newsletter.
Tell me what you want and I'll do it: send you a copy of what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. No forms, no process, no explanation needed. One email to hello@dmdnaturalmedicine.com.
Deleting your information may mean I can't continue working with you, and I may need to keep records that the law requires me to keep. I'll tell you if either applies.
Client records for as long as our work continues and for as long afterwards as record-keeping rules require. Enquiries that don't become client work, and assessment results that don't lead anywhere, get cleared out periodically.
Your information sits in established services with encryption in transit and access limited to me. No system is perfect, and I won't claim otherwise — but nothing here is stored anywhere casual.
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and I don't knowingly collect their information. Where I work with a minor, it's arranged with their parent or guardian.
Only what's needed to make the site work and to see which pages get read. No advertising trackers following you around the internet afterwards.
If this page changes meaningfully, the date at the top changes with it.
