Cost, duration, what's included, what I am and what I'm not. I'd rather you find the answer here in two minutes than spend a call getting to it.
Programs begin at $9,974 — roughly $3,300 per month, whatever the duration. That figure is all-inclusive. There are no per-visit charges and no separate supplement bills.
Payment plans are available for every program length. This is out of pocket; it is not billed through insurance.
Everything the program needs, for its whole duration:
The only thing that varies between programs is time, and that's a clinical decision rather than a sales one. Roughly:
I'll tell you which one you're looking at once I've seen your labs. There's a three-month minimum, because nothing meaningful happens faster than that.
It varies from person to person. Some clients feel improvement within days. But healing the body takes time and it is a process — a minimum of three months is what I recommend in any case.
The order matters too. Labs and symptoms improve only after the system comes into balance. The body heals from the inside out: the root cause has to resolve before the symptom recedes.
No. Programs are out of pocket. Most of the specialty testing I use isn't covered by insurance in any case — it's precisely the testing that doesn't get ordered in a standard workup.
My specialty is neuro-endocrine and cardiovascular naturopathy, and that covers a wide range of health issues. In practice that means thyroid and endocrine imbalance, natural hormone rejuvenation for men and women, cholesterol and inflammatory markers, inflammatory skin conditions, gut and digestive work, energy and metabolic health, and the autoimmune patterns that travel with them.
I'm a Board Certified Traditional Naturopath — not a licensed medical doctor. I don't diagnose disease or prescribe medication. Most people come to me because they're tired of the western medical sick-care model and want to understand and heal their body rather than manage it. What I do is find the patterns underneath how you feel and build a program that supports your body in correcting them. When it's appropriate I'll work alongside a medical practitioner — and I'll tell you directly when something belongs with one.
Yes. If reducing or coming off a prescription is your goal, that's work I do — and I do it alongside your physician, never around them. I design a plan to reduce the drugs you don't need, at a pace your labs and your doctor support.
Other clients stay on their medication the whole way through and simply feel dramatically better. Both are good outcomes — we'll decide which plan is best for you based on your goals and comfort.
Prescription drugs are man-made medicine. They suppress a symptom or an inflammatory pathway without addressing what caused it — and the toxicity and inflammation don't go anywhere, your body simply routes them somewhere else. That's not healing. That's relocating the problem.
Medicinal plants work with the body to help it repair itself. Naturopathy balances the whole system rather than silencing one part of it.
No. Your lab recommendations are custom to your symptoms. Depending on what we're looking for, testing may run across blood, urine, saliva, stool, breath or hair. All of it is included in your program.
Bio-identical hormones are closer to "similar" than to identical. They have to be detoxified first, because the program re-teaches your body to produce proper hormone levels on its own.
The work is total-body hormone rejuvenation. It resets the chemical messengers and repairs the HPA axis and the hepatic glutathione pathway — none of which depends on the reproductive organs being present.
From a naturopathic standpoint, menopausal women are usually experiencing symptoms of HPA axis dysfunction rather than of menopause itself. The aim is to restore balanced post-menopausal hormone levels naturally by addressing that underlying imbalance.
Saliva. If you're on HRT or TRT and your dosing needs reviewing, that review has to be done with saliva hormone testing, not blood, to mean anything.

No. All you need is an internet connection and a computer with a camera. Phone appointments are also available.
Prescription drugs are a separate conversation and always involve your physician — never something to stop on your own.
Yes — toddlers, young children and teens. Infants and toddlers are considered case by case.
It's short and there is no charge. We'll talk about what's going on, I'll tell you which labs I'd recommend for you and roughly how long I think your program would need to run — and I'll be honest if I don't think I'm the right fit. You won't be sold to.
