What is involved when working with a remote wellness professional?
You will meet once a month or more via phone or video chat and your herbal supplements and/or homeopathic remedies will be mailed directly to you. Each time you meet, you will discuss changes and improvements in your symptoms and adjustments to your protocol will be made as needed.

How much does it cost to work virtually with a naturopath or homeopath?
This will vary from practitioner to practitioner. Some will charge based on time, others will have a set rate per appointment and some even have subscriptions and all inclusive memberships.

Does a naturopath take insurance?
Typically only a licensed MD who prescribes drugs can take insurance, so expect to pay out of pocket. 

How long does it take to see results?
This will vary and depends on your body. But you should only work with a naturopath if you are ready to take the necessary steps to change your lifestyle and are able to follow a protocol of taking supplements multiple times daily. In other words, be ready to commit to making the necessary changes to healing your body. It's not like Western Medicine where they just give you a drug and send you out the door after charging you a co-pay.
